Are you looking for something different?
Does the thought of going to the noisy, smelly, flourescent light gym make you want to hit snooze again and again?
Maybe you should try our Bootcamp at Fairfield Park.

We use time proven methods to get you into the fittest shape you have ever been… all while being outdoors and using minimal equipment.
Our minimal equipment approach makes our workouts safe while being effective and gives you the skills to workout anytime anywhere.
Each session is different from another so you will never get bored. A combination of running, strength training and mobility training is combined to get you fitter while keeping you injury free. We also incorperate boxing into our sessions to give you an even greater varaity to you workouts.
When we do use equipment we stick to basic tools like medicine balls, bands, ropes and sometimes even tyres because they are safe, easy to use and get results.
Here’s what our clients say about our bootcamp:
“It is more group exercise than ‘Bootcamp’. The trainers know what they are talking about rather than just pushing people for no reason.” - Nicole, Fairfield
“The variation is great, never doing the same workout twice means I’m constantly challenged. Kyle pushes each of us to our capacity, without the humiliation that you might get at a more military-style bootcamp.” – Tamm
“The variety of activities mean the workouts don’t get too repetitive. Kyle has always been a friendly and encouraging trainer and has a great sense of humour. He has the ability to assist people at their own level to acheive their maximum potential.” – Liz, Thornbury
“I thought the trainer Kyle, was very good. I liked the way he demonstrated both the correct and incorrect way of doing exercises. I also liked how his passion for health came through in his training. Other trainers I have had in the past have had a passion for fitness for aesthetic reasons and I really liked Kyle’s holistic approach to training and health more generally.” – Laura
