FITCAMP is an all new style of group fitness training aimed at beginner and intermediate trainers. I’ve taken what has already been done in bootcamps and applied the Kyle formula to it. These means more functional training (to help you with day to day life), more interesting exercises (anyone can do situps at home) and a whole heap of FUN!

With plenty of friendly faces and lots of fun, group fitness is a great way to begin a fitness lifestyle. On the other hand, if you already love fitness, add some variety to your training with FITCAMP.

Fitcamp runs for 6 weeks and repeats throughout the year.

I am completely unfit, I don’t think I will be able to do FITCAMP.

FITCAMP is aimed at all levels. The sessions are specifically designed so that anyone can do them and still find them challenging. People of similar fitness levels are usually grouped together. Oh, and did I mention they’re fun?

What time is it?

8.30am – 9.30am Saturday mornings and 6.30pm – 7.30pm Wednesday evenings

Casual drop ins are available for $20 each. It is important you book in as there may not be enough room in the class.
