“I give people back what they thought they had lost.
The ability to enjoy life the way it was meant to be lived
Full of energy and life!” – Kyle Wood

Firstly, please don’t get the impression that Kyle Wood has always been the fit and active type. After drifting through playing soccer and tennis as a child Kyle, like most teenagers, began to wind back his exercise and his health in his late teens. He blames his downfall on fish and chips and cheese jaffles. Mmmm cheese jaffles. Kyle would spend many ours a day watching TV and playing computer games with little interest in exercising or eating healthier. The reason for this was simple, Kyle was uneducated and didn’t know the true consequences that would have laid ahead of him had he followed that path.

Kyle’s passion for fitness began in 2006 when he was sucked into joining a gym by a very persuasive sales person. At the time a University student (studying B.Eng(Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering)/B.Sc(Computer Science and Software Engineering)), the gym membership sucked a fair percentage of his meager income, so for him this was great motivation to make the time to attend the gym and workout.

After a few weeks training, Kyle started seeing some results and decided he would stick with going to the gym. At the time (as with all sport Kyle had played) it was just a hobby, Kyle never would have believed that one day he would turn it into a career.

During his next three years training Kyle began to experiment with different diets and training methods including many bodybuilding training styles, powerlifting and CrossFit. He soon became the go-to guy for friends and family in regards to training. So while working full time doing his IBL in engineering Kyle decided follow his new found passion and get qualified. Between working a full time and part time job, Kyle planned his time effectively so he could study his Certificate III and IV in Fitness part-time with WYN.

Now a fully qualified trainer Kyle still spends most of his spare time researching and thinking of better and more effective methods for training his clients and himself.

If you are looking to excel in sport, put on some muscle or melt that fat away, Kyle is your guy.
