Here is a bit of an update for you guys. I can now offer you indoor personal training without a gym membership. Last week I was taken on as a new trainer at See Change Personal Training studio.
See Change is a great little studio located on Heidelberg Rd in Fairfield. It is fully decked out with a huge range of equipment as well as showers and change rooms if you are training right before or after work. It is only a 5 minute walk from Fairfield Station, so it is ideal for coming into straight after work.
Maree has really created a great atmosphere of getting fit and having fun and I am really excited to be working there. So give me a buzz if you want to come in and have a look around or if you want to come along to a class.
